My lovely mountainbike sits in my balcony for such a long time...
and my weights gained more than 5kg since last year....
I am becoming non-active obease old man...

No!! That's not the way I want myself to be!!
So I mailed my team mates to go riding this weekend....
Only Bacon was avairable...
Others were all busy taking care of thier family or girlfriends!!
Oh No!! We are all bocoming non-outdoor homely guys....

It is just Bacon and I who ride this weekend!!
BUT I got a call from Bacon on Friday saying he got a gout attack and his hands became swollen!!
Oh No!! Bacon!! you are sick man!!

So, It was just I.....
I went to Okutama Sengen One!!
It took more than 2hours to climb to the trail head!!
and My legs were all sore....
It almost make me think of going down the paved road!!
I went down the Sengen-One singletrack!
BUT.... I barely ride down.....
On No... I need to ride more!!
