New Trail in Hitachi!!

Hitachi Long Trail (Mt.Fujin Trail)
TYPE : Loop
LENGTH : 35km (12km on pavement)
DIFFICULTY : Physically Modorate / Pack-O-Meter 2 (Many crashes)
ELEVATION : Low-50m, High-700m
TIME : 4hrs
RIDERS : Lee(CH), Hacci, Phreddie

Two more weeks to Kusatsu Hill Climb Race!!
BUT!! I haven't ride for nearly 4months.....
AND..my weight gaining a lot.....
I need to ride before the race!!

So, Hacci, LeeCH and I decided to go Hitachi for the first ride of the season!!
We arrived at the parking lot near trailhead at 9:30!!(Good time for start)
While we were getting aready, one guy with mountainbike walked to us asn said
"Which trail are you going to??" and I explained about the trail we were going to.
Then he said "You should take the long way!! It is more fun!! It takes about 2hours30min!!"
It was still early...so why not!!
The guy had to wait for his friend, so we had to go by our own...
BUT we decided to go for the long trail!!

Actually the new long trail was nice!!
It is not a downhill trail but all singletrack to the end!!!
BUT it was the first ride of the season...
It was tough enough for us think of taking a short cut...
unfortunately we did not carry map with us...
So, we had to go all the way to the end..... tohoho..

I just remembered our member "Carbon" who just went back to New Zealand....
He always says "I always take the long way"
It was the trail for you Carbon, and we all miss you!!
