TROUBLE : Phreddie's flat tire.....
ELEVATION : Low-50m, High-623m
TIME : 2.5hrs
RIDERS : Lee(ch), Memento, Phreddie

I feel strong stress from recent work.....
Mement just had duodenal ulcer.....
We are all under strong pressure and stress from work..
and we needed to get rid of those stress and heal our mind and body...

How to heal???
Of course....Get out of town and go out to the mountain....
Ride bike and forget everything!!
(May be we have other option "EAT MEAT LIKE HELL!!" but we will save it for next time...)

We went to Hitachi for healing ride!!
It was a nice and sunny, beautiful day for riding!!
We enjoyed Takasuzu trail.
and I hope Memento's "duodenal ulcer" would heal soon!!
