Tamagawa 70km Training Ride!!

RIDERS : Bendo, Shinny, Phreddie

We registered the 100km Self Discovery Ride on September 20th!!
It is a off road 100km ride and we never tried and finishd 100km of rough road...
So, We decided to practice brfore the race!!

Bendo said "We better to ride more than 80km this week and easy ride next week"
So, we deceided to ride Tamagawa cycling road...

We supposed to get together at Futako-Tamagawa at 7:30....
It was too early for me...So I deceide to join them near Haneda Airpot at 8:00..
BUT...Brendo got a new SPD pedal and needed a tool.
and Shinny was late because he couldn't wake up...

We had a good 60km ride together!!
but again...we had a butt pain from long ride!!
(I don't think I can ride 100km with the pain... )

After the ride, Shinny and I had KFC greecy fired chicken!!
It was yummy!!

Shinny was tired??

SPD tradigy happend to Bendo...
He just got a new SPD pedal today!!
