Almost good as Phreddie breaking bones on the city streets,
I scraped off most of my right arm on a training ride up the Tamagawa yesterday near Fuchu.
I flew down from the upper bank (crowded) paved path to the dirt road below,
but a bit too much mud filled my knobbies quickly and a full speed turn threw the bike out from underneath me.

Ouch.
