Phreddie's MTB Team held a Shin-Nen-Kai at Lawry's Akasaka!!
Lawry's is famous for big juicy Prime Rib!!
And We LOVED it!!

We orderd The "Diamond Jim Brady' Cut" which is more than 600g
of Prime Rib without bone!!
Oh we ate a lot!! and we were all full and HAPPY!!

Waitress said Bob Sapp came to the restaurant the day before and
Bob ate 2plates of The "Diamond Jim Brady' Cut" easily....
Wow....

Unfortunately many members of the team couldn't make it today..
We should come back again soon!!
