Oh No!! It was very very cold and snowing in Yatsugatake area!!
AND THEN on day of the race,
It was a nice sunny day but the mountain was covered with white snow...
The race start was delayed one hour but seemed to held with out any problem.
I wore thick underware and jacket because I was expecing icy wheather at the top of the mountain.
I was doing very good compare to the last yaer..I was getting better!!
My only interest was how fast I can go this year than the last year
BUT about 12Km point, I suddenly hear the voice saying "Let's go!! TWO more km!!"
??? I was confused??? I climed only the half way..I had to go 12 more !!
Anyway I kept going ... BUT Suddenly I saw a FINISH line at the 14Km point!!
I notice that the course was shortened because of the snow!! BUT I did not know!!
I think it should be announced perfectly before the race!!
I was not satisfied about the race..I could not compare the result with the last yaer...

Just before the race starts. I am ready to go!!

Barely got me in a picture!!
